The socio-economic circumstances of parents determines the type of school their children attend to. Children from underprivileged communities mostly rely on government run schools for primary education. Such schools, in most cases, fail to impart high-quality education. Forward Foundation lends a helping hand by adopting the schools in need with the aim of eliminating educational inequity. We run various programs to maximize children’s potential thereby helping them transform their lives. In this endeavor, we partner with the government and other organizations to make a difference in the World.

We conduct training programs for under privileged school students in remote villages and urban slums to improve English communication and to develop soft skills. The training program is designed after assessing the need of the students. In some cases, we engage a full time teaching resource for a defined period for the overall improvement of the selected school.

We conduct training for the teachers in remote villages to help them know their students better and understand new approaches. We provide training on classroom management and communication.

Many job seekers fail to clear interviews and land in a good job because of their poor English communication skills. Lack of soft skills can kill one’s career. Forward Foundation conducts trainings on English communication and various other soft skills for students, job seekers, and professionals.
